It was again a celebration of talent, success and achievements!
Thanks to the commitment of the ZC Brussel Zavel awards team, it was a festive event during which the Zonta International Club Awards and Scholarships 2023 have been awarded:
- The YWPA club winneris Ms Zakia Karwar from Regina Coeli lyceum in Dilbeek
- The Zonta Brussel Zavel Encouragement prize is for Amber Kempynck from Universiteit Gent
- The Jane Klausman Women in Business Scholarship awarded to Elisabeth Dumortier from HEC Versailles
We were honoured and very pleased to have Yasmien Naciri as keynote speaker. Yasmien Naciri is General Manager of the Innovation Centre in Antwerp, an author, a columnist and a guest lecturer. She is also known as an entrepreneur, former scientific collaborator at the University of Antwerp and the founder of various projects. In recent years, Ms. Naciri has focused on poverty, youth, education and entrepreneurship. Since 2014, she has been a familiar voice in the social debate, focusing on social challenges, innovative projects and policy proposals. Thinking and doing are two concepts that go hand in hand for her.
A top networking event where young and less younger women met and inspired… a magical event in the true sense of the word.
